This NBA season, despite us being only two months in, has shown us some of the greatest performances in the sports modern history. Additionally, this is a very balanced and well distributed NBA from the previous years. While before, there would be a powerhouse in the west, usually the Warriors, and a powerhouse in the east, usually the Cavs. But now, since so many players have been shuffled around, there is really no way of knowing what exactly the playoffs for this 2019-2020 season will look like, and all we have left to do now is speculate.

Predictably enough, the Milwaukee Bucks are the #1 seeded team in the NBA eastern conference this year. This should come as no surprise since the reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo is going strong and steady with his rag tag bunch of badasses. Furthermore, this team has just been fantastic as a squad, running through teams with lesser chemistry amongst the players. Probably, the Bucks will be our eastern conference champions this year, and we are very excited about it.
My own personal favorite team, the Boston Celtics, has actually managed to stay close to the top of the eastern conference. After a few hard losses here and there, the Celtics are really getting in winning form. Kemba Walker has proven to be a superstar commodity, and perfectly matches up with Jayson Taytum, who is probably a future MVP.
Boston has a serious chance to upset any team in the NBA with sheer willpower and great coaching from the young Brad Stephens. We wish the Celtics all the best for the remainder of the season.
Coming to the third seed in the NBA eastern conference. Lets be honest, nobody expected the Miami Heat to be moving the needle this NBA season, absolutely nobody. However, they have managed to string together some rather impressive wins on their way to being a top 5 team in either conference.
The Heat have used sheer grit and determination to grind their way to the top 3 spot, and hopefully, come playoff time, they will have continued to have this amount of sustained success, so that they can continue to persevere, and perhaps even reach their former championship glory. Perhaps.
Last but not least, we come to the former champions of the entire NBA, not just the eastern conference. The Toronto Raptors were not thought much of since their superstar who carried them to the finals this previous season, Kawhi Leonard, turned a blind eye and moved on with his career the year after winning a ring, to the Clippers.
However, The Raptors have shown that they were so much more than a flash in the pan, and have sustained their former title success by stringing together an impressive set of wins throughout this 2019-2020 NBA season, and are actually contenders in the east.
